Jeroen Lem made his Master degree for Mechanical Engineering at the Eindhoven University of Technology at the Laboratory for Automotive Engineering. Thesis research was done at the Ford Lommel Proving ground in Belgium with the topic of vibration comfort. After his Thesis he started to work for the Ford Research & Advanced Engineering center in Aachen, Germany in 2001 at the Vehicle Dynamics department, working on seat comfort and biomechanical measurement methods. After a change to the Vehicle Interior Technologies team, he kept working on seat comfort,biomechanical measurement methods and seat comfort systems. Currently he is on assignment in Dearborn to work on the Multi-Contour Seat and other seat comfort systems.
